Special Olympics Unified Sports is dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences, breaking down the stereotypes about people with intellectual disabilities. Within the context of high school sports, it is the creation of inclusive teams of general education and special education student-athletes who play alongside each other as teammates. Trabuco Hills High School is proud to host the second annual CIF-SS Ford Unified Track & Field Championships. We will have 8 events per gender, working in conjunction with Special Olympics Southern California and the CIF Southern Section. The top finishing participants in selected events at this meet will be invited to participate in the CIF-SS Masters Meet the following weekend at El Camino College in Torrance. The top finishing participants at the CIF-SS Masters Meet in the 100m will be invited to compete at the CIF California State Meet the following week in Fresno.
